Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF CHEMICALS AND FILTERING SUPPLIES FOR CY 2025

1. The Quezon Bukidnon Water District, through the CY 2025 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Forty-Eight Thousand Pesos & 0/100 (Php 1,748,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract: Procurement of Chemicals and Filtering Supplies for CY 2025 with Project Identification No. 24-12-716. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Quezon Bukidnon Water District now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required in staggered basis (30 days and 120 days) from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
