TERM & CONDITIONS:
1. Items must be delivered in good condition (free from rust, dents, holes, any form of damage) to LGU-Hernani ,Brgy. Canciledes , Hernani, Eastern Samar, within twenty (20) calendar days upon receipt of the Purchase Order, without extra cost to the government.
2. Price quoted must be inclusive of all charges acceptable by law.
3. COD is not allowed.
4. Price validity shall be for the period until the delivery of the above-named item/s.
5. Warranty shall cover defects in materials and workmanship with a service warranty of 1 year from the date of acceptance.
