1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) through the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Pesos: Two Million Five Hundred Thousand (2,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF CERTIFYING BODY SERVICES FOR ISO 9001:2015 QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM RECERTIFICATION AUDIT OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES (DENR) under Bid Ref. No. DENR-CO-2025-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
