Description : The National Food Authority - Regional Office I (NFA-ROI), through the CY 2025 Corporate
Operating Budget (COB), intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Thousand Pesos
(Php600,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Procurement
of Certification Body to conduct ISO 9001:2015 Re-Certification of the NFA-ROI and NFA-
LUBO under Project Reference No. NFA-2025-RBAC-REG1-013. Offer/s received in excess
of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
The Certification Body shall be procured through Small Value Procurement under Section
53.9 of the IRR of RA 9184 with the following terms and conditions:
