  Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF
  CENRO BAGUIO OFFICE VEHICLE (TRUCK)
  
  1) The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Cordillera Administrative Region, Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENRO) - Benguet, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for FY 2026 under the Regular fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 2,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of CENRO Baguio Office Vehicle (Truck) (IB-2026-001). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Cordillera Administrative Region, Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENRO) - Benguet, using the public bidding method, guided by value-for-money and operational efficiency considerations. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
