PROCUREMENT OF CEMENT FOR BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS

1. The BARANGAY ZONE 2, POLA, ORIENTAL MINDORO, through the Financial Assistance intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos Only(Php800,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Cement for Barangay Development Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.

2. The Sangguniang Barangay of Zone 2 now invite bids for Procurement of Cement for Barangay Development Project . Goods are required upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).

Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years, from the date of submission and receipts of bids, a Single Largest Competed Contract (SLCC) that is similar to the contract to be bid, and whose value, adjusted to current process using the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) consumer price indices.
