PROCUREMENT OF CCTV UPGRADE: REPLACEMENT OF SERVERS FOR VIDEO MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (VMS)

IB-2025-075-GOODS-METROBASE

1. The Government of the Philippines (GOP), through the 2025 LOCAL FUND Regular 2025 CURRENT intends to apply the sum of PESOS: Eleven Million Two Hundred Thousand (Php 11,200,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of CCTV Upgrade: Replacement of Servers for Video Management System (VMS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years (CY-s 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
