Description : 1. The LGU of Barangay Pag-asa, intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P350,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Procurement of CCTV Equipment Accessories and Installation. (AIP Reference Code No. 3000-002-003-6, Installation of CCTV Cameras (Phase 3), CCTV new monitor).
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU of Barangay Pag-asa, now invites bids for the above procurement project. Completion of the work should be within sixty (60) calendar days. Bidders must have at least two (2) previous contract similar to the project from the date of submission and receipt of bids. The description of the eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184.
