The Sangguniang Kabataan of Oaig-Upay-Abulao, through the Capital Outlay of the Sangguniang Kabataaan Youth Development and Empowerment Program of the Sangguniang Kabataan Annual Budget for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (P 120,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract SK-2025-001 for the Procurement of CCTV Cameras and Led Street Lights. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
