Description : The Department of Tourism, Region 02, through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to procure a Catering Services for Meals and Snacks for the Conduct of Seminar on Filipino Brand of Service Exclellence for Uniform Personnel of PNP, BFP and PCG on March 24 and 31, 2026 in Basco, Batanes.

Suppliers of known qualifications are invited to submit their quotation/proposal, duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than 8:00 AM, March 13, 2026 subject to the Terms and Conditions provided in the RFQ.

Prospective Suppliers who will submit a proposal with the lowest calculated responsive offer shall be selected. Quotations may be submitted personally to the address above or you may email at dot2bac@gmail.com

The DOT Region 2 reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the Contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Sections 35.6 and 41 of 2016 revised IRR of RA No. 9184, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
