1. The Provincial Government of Southern Leyte through the PAROLE AND PROBATION OFFICE - MOOE intends to apply for a total of Php 169,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Catering Services, Venue and Accommodation - PAROLE AND PROBATION OFFICE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Southern Leyte now invites bids for the Procurement of Catering Services, Venue and Accommodation - PAROLE AND PROBATION OFFICE. Delivery of the Goods is required as scheduled from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
