1) The Provincial Government of Southern Leyte, through the General Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Sixty Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (PhP 762,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Catering Services, Venue & Accommodation @ Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte “ Ambulance and Mass Casualty Incident Operation Training” (PDRRMO). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
