Specification:
1. Meals for the first activity are scheduled from December 8 to 10, 2025 [Day 0 - Day 2]
2. Meals for the second activity will be provided on December 11, 2025 for one day only

Specification:
1. Breakfast must be served at 6AM, AM snacks at 9:30, lunch at 11:30, PM snacks at 2:30, and Dinner at 6:00 PM
2. Tables and chairs must be covered and with a buffet table setup. 3. Two 4ft x 5ft tarpaulins as backdrops; the end-user will provide the layout
