● Provision of meals and snacks for 7 days, good for 50 pax:
- Day 1-7: October 25-31, 2025 at Impasugong Municipal Conference Hall
- Managed lunch buffet with soup, noodles or pasta, two viands, dessert, rice, and drinks, good for 50 pax
- AM and PM snacks with drinks, good for 50 pax
- Packed dinner with two viands, rice, dessert, and canned juice, good for 50 pax
- Packed breakfast meal, good for 10 pax
- Provision of 20 bottled water per day good for 7 days
- Free flowing drinking water
- Free flowing brewed coffee (provide brown sugar and creamer)
- Must submit menu list per day
- Must have standby staff
