WHEREAS, the BAC received the Purchased Request (PR) from Municipal Planning and Development Office of Saint Bernard, the end-user with the amount to Three Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Pesos only (Php 398,650.00);
WHEREAS, the amount does not exceed from the threshold prescribe in RA No. 12009, Sec. 34.2;
WHEREAS, based on the said approved project the BAC caused the publication of the advertisement for the request of quotation in the Philgeps website;
WHEREAS, the BAC shall invite at least three (3) suppliers of known qualification as stated in RA 12009 Sec 35.1.1b;
