Procurement of Catering Services RE: Various Activities- Performance-Based Grant-PMNP

1. The Local Government Unit of Laoang, through Trust Fund -Performance-Based Grant -PMNP intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thirty-seven Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty Four Pesos (PhP537,934.00) only being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Catering Services RE: Various Activities - Performance-Based Grant Philippine Multisectoral Nutrition Project with project number ITB-08-2025-G. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Laoang now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods (Schedule of Activities will be provided by the end user. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
