1. The Governor Benjamin T. Romualdez General Hospital and Schistosomiasis Center, through its Fund Cluster 05- Internally Generated Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (Php1,393,200.00) only being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF CATERING SERVICES WITH PROVISION OF VENUE FOR THE CONDUCT OF MIDYEAR INSTITUTIONAL GROWTH ASSEMBLY TOWARDS HEALTHCARE TRANSFORMATION; IB No. 2025-12 BAC C. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
