Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF CATERING SERVICES FOR THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL AND BACOLOD CITY

1. The Department of Agriculture-Western Visayas, through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum One Million Seven Hundred Five Thousand One Hundred Twenty Pesos (Php1,705,120.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Catering Services for the Province of Negros Occidental and Bacolod City/IB No. 2025-056 (GAS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture-Western Visayas now invites bids for the Procurement of Catering Services for the Province of Negros Occidental and Bacolod City with the following specifications:
