Description : 1. Provide Food and Beverage Services for:
• Lunch: Buffet service, round table set-up, 269 pax, to be served at 10:00 AM

2. Set-Up and Logistics:
• Ingress Time: Starting at least 5:00 AM or earlier on the day of the event.
• Must provide complete tables, chairs, utensils, chafing dishes, servers, and décor appropriate for a formal corporate event.

3. Service Staff:
• Uniformed and trained food servers and wait staff must be assigned per table and at buffet areas.
• At least one on-site supervisor must be present during the entire duration of the event.

4. Food Quality Assurance:
• Provide at least 1 menu option (Lunch set) for PNOC-s final selection.

Lunch - at least 3 viands with soup, dessert and beverage; plus free flowing coffee

• Caterer shall conduct pre-event food tasting for PNOC-s evaluation and approval at least 5 working days before the event date.
