TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
1. The schedule of activity may change or vary within fifteen (15) days from the
activity specification as stipulated in the Term of Reference. The VFP will notify the
winning service provider in writing within three (3) days prior to the changes stated
above.
2. The supplier must provide catering services for the membership validation
workshop participants and other attendees on October 26 to 30, 2025.
3. Other Specifications:
a. The service provider must be PhilGEPS registered;
b. Service provider must submit their valid Mayor-s/Business Permit,
Professional Licenses (if any), PhilGEPS Registration, 2024 ITR, and Omnibus
Sworn Statement;
c. Service provider must have been engaged in the business of catering
