Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF CATERING SERVICES- MEALS WITH VENUE FOR THE ORIENTATION TO NEWLY HIRED EMPLOYEES (BATCHES 1 & 2) BY THE PROVINCIAL HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICE
The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Bids and Awards Committee for CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (₱ 240,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF CATERING SERVICES- MEALS WITH VENUE FOR THE ORIENTATION TO NEWLY HIRED EMPLOYEES (BATCHES 1 & 2 BY THE PROVINCIAL HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICE with Procurement Reference No. C-2025-009 REBIDDING Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Provincial Government of Bohol now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within ONE (1) DAY/ 1 BATCH PER SEMESTER OF 2025 after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
