Description : PROCUREMENT OF CATERING SERVICES FOR INTERIM SUPREME COUNCIL JOINT COMMITTEE AND REGULAR MEETINGS ON AUGUST 26 - 27, 2025

*Must be able to provide Catering Services on August 26-27, 2025;
*The winning bidder shall:
• Provide catering services for 40 рах on August 26 another 40 pax on August 27, 2025;
• Serve AM snacks, lunch, and PM snacks

*A complete presentable set-up arrangement (5 round tables and 40 chairs with table cloth - preferably light blue),
a flower arrangement per table, tableware and complete cutlery.

*It must strictly follow necessary health and safety measures.

*Maintain the quality of the food to be served and must be ready one (1) hour before the agreed time.

*At least four (4) dedicated and presentable waiter/waitress (including Head waiter) assign to attend the needs of the participants.

*Unlimited coffee, juice

*Food tasting is required before the actual date of the activity....
