I. PROJECT
Procurement of catering services for the hosted meals of Resource Persons, Secretariat, and
Participants during the Region One Culture Conference, as part of the Creative Region One
Summit, on September 17, 2025, at the Sison Auditorium, Lingayen, Pangasinan, for 400 pax.
II. BRIEF DESCRIPTION
The Second Region One Culture Conference brings together LGUs, culture and arts councils, the
academe, and regional line agencies to advance culture and the creative industries in the Ilocos
Region. It seeks to deepen awareness of culture-s role in economic growth, address challenges
and opportunities in the sector, and promote sustainable strategies. The event also serves as a
platform to showcase local creative enterprises and MSMEs, while shaping a policy agenda for
