Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF CATERING SERVICES
1. The National Irrigation Administration - Regional Office IX BAC, using a single-year for a duration of five (5) months Framework Agreement, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Fifty-Three Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (Php 1,653,600.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract treated as ONE LOT. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.
2. The National Irrigation Administration - Regional Office IX BAC now invites bids for the Procurement of Catering Services for CY 2025. Delivery of the Goods is required on the dates specified in the Call-off. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
