Description : The Overseas Workers Welfare Administration thru the MIMAROPA Regional Welfare Office is in need of Supply and Delivery of Catering Services with Entertainment for an upcoming Migrant Workers Day event in BATARAZA, PALAWAN, on JUNE 28, 2025. As such, may we request for quotation for the following:

A) JUNE 28, 2025
AM Snack and Drinks with Spoon & fork (if necessary) for 240 pax, consisting of the following:

1. Spaghetti
2. Pie with Peach Mango Filling
3. Bottled water

Lunch and Drinks with utensils for 240 pax , consisting of the following:

1. 2 pc fried chicken with rice
2. Bottled water

Breakfast with utensils for Event Support Staff for 30 pax

1. Beef Tapsilog or Corned Beef Meal
2. Bottled water

With entertainment mascot for at least 30 mins.

Meals shall be uniformly packaged and standardized to ensure safety and quality standards during the event.
