Invitation to Bid for the Procurement of Catering Services for Cultural Activities 2025 of Gen. MacArthur, Eastern Samar.
The Municipality of Gen. MacArthur, through the LGU Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 350,000.00) being the Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of Catering Services for Cultural Activities 2025. Bids received in excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Municipality of Gen. MacArthur now invites bids for the above-mentioned procurement. Completion of work is required 20 calendar days. Bidders should have completed within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipts of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in Bidding Documents, particularly in instruction to bidders.
