Description : TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

I. Project/Activity: PROCUREMENT OF PACKED MEALS FOR THE NATIONAL MUSEUM OF
NATURAL HISTORY TOUR
II. Date: 14 and 15 May 2025

III. Minimum Requirements:

1. Must be amenable to government procedure - send bill arrangement.
2. Must be able to provide meals with special dietary requirements (i.e. halal).
3. Bidder must have a Tax Clearance Certificate from the BIR.
4. Must have at least two (2) years of experience in providing catering services/meals to government agencies and private sectors; and
5. Must be accredited with the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement Systems (PhiLGEPS).
6. Foods must be secured and packed in a good-quality microwaveable container.
