Description : A. Location
1. The venue establishment must be located within Iloilo City, Iloilo Philippines.
B. Schedule
1. The NASA-LCLUC Training is scheduled for 22, 24 - 25 February 2025, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please note that the date is subject to change, with prior notice from PhilSA.
2. The venue must be available during the contracted time. However, PhilSA reserves the right to modify the schedule subject to the mutual agreement with the supplier.
C. Food and Beverage Requirements
1. Three (3) days training
2. At least 60 pax
3. Inclusion of AM and PM Snacks (packed), and Packed lunch
a. AM Snacks: inclusive of at least a combination of pasta or noodles, sandwich or bread, and one (1) cold juice.
b. Packed Lunch: inclusive of steamed rice, main course with at least two to three (2 to 3) viands, salad and/or soup, dessert, and one (1) cold juice
