1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Environmental Management Bureau (DENR-EMB) hereinafter referred to as the “Purchaser” now requests for submission of price quotations for the procurement of the aforesaid items described in the Technical Specifications.

2. The DENR-EMB intends to apply the sum of One hundred thirty-five thousand pesos only (Php135,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) charged against the GAA 2025 to payments under the PROCUREMENT OF CATERING SERVICES FOR THE CONDUCT OF THE DENR SPORTS FEAST IN CELEBRATION OF THE PHILIPPINE ENVIRONMENT MONTH ON JUNE 18-19, 2025 WITH RFQ NO. 2025-RFQ-05-095. Bids received in-excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
