PROCUREMENT OF CATERING SERVICES FOR THE
COMPENDIUM OF NAYONG PILIPINO PARK

The Nayong Pilipino Foundation (NPF) invites all PhilGEPS registered contractors to submit a quotation for the
procurement project below, consisting of one (1) lot, using the attached Request for Quotation Form
(Annex A), Statement of Compliance with the Technical Specifications (Annex B), Schedule of Requirements
(Annex C), and Omnibus Sworn Statement (Annex D).

Quotation that exceeds the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) shall be a ground for disqualification for
an award. Late quotations shall not be accepted, and only those with complete and valid documents shall be
considered.

Quotation duly signed, properly marked, and sealed, by you or your duly authorized representative and other
