Number of participants: sixty (60) pax with ten (10) percent buffer
Food requirements:
AM Snacks - (halal or non-pork derivative) finger food, bread with beverage)
Buffet lunch - halal or non-pork derivative) (steamed rice, three (3) main course (1 viand of vegetable/fish, 1 viand of chicken, 1 viand of beef), soup, fruits, juice, or soda)
PM Snacks - (filipino kakanin/rice cakes with beverage)
For soup (preferred homemade soup, molo, sinigang, nilaga, sinampalukan, clam soup)
