1. The LGU-Alburquerque, Bohol through the GAD Fund intends to apply the sum of Seventy FIve Thousand Pesos (P75,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Catering Services (Capacity Building on Mental Health Focusing "Stress", Symposium on Drug Awareness and Teenage Pregnancy). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
