Description : The Department of Agrarian Reform, Provincial Office, Catbalogan City, through the General Appropriations Act of CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Pesos only Philippine Currency (Php 1,175,450.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Catering Services for the Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries- Development Services Program (ARBDSP) Division Activities/Seminars/ Trainings from March to December CY 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
