Description : LUNCH:
a) Salad
b) Main Course with at least two (2) meat (beef, chicken or fish) and one (1) vegetable

f) Coffee/ Tea Station including free-flowing brewed tea
(with teacups), coffee (with coffee cups, stirrers, creamer, and sugar, as needed)

Packed Meals:
Service Provider must submit cost per head quotation per meal/ snack and must also provide the total estimated cost based on the tentative schedule.

Tentative Schedule:
The implementation of DRRM Training Workshop is tentatively to be conducted within the dates of November 5,
2025 to November 28, 2025. The tentative schedule is provided to guide the service provider in estimating the
quantity and timing of required meals and snacks. Changes in dates, time, and participants must be taken into
consideration. Final details for the activity shall be confirmed by the end-user at least three (3) calendar days
prior to the event.
