Description : BACKGROUND

Pasinaya is one of the largest multi-arts festivals in the Philippines established in 2005 by the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP). It is an annual event held every February in celebration of the National Arts Month. It showcases a diverse array of art forms including dance, stage plays, musical performances, exhibitions, workshops and other related artistic activities.

To further promote the inclusivity and facilitate the involvement of other regional groups, the CCP in partnership with the Department of Tourism Region IV-A and the Province of Batangas will facilitate the 2025 edition with the following components:

1. PALABAS - 40 Short performances from groups in the region
2. PALIHAN - Workshops and talks in the various art forms as follows:
• Mobile Photography Workshop
• Subli with Mga Manunubli ng Sinala Workshop
• Batangas Folk Dances Workshop
• Film-Making Workshop
• Basic Hosting Workshop
