The Department of Education-SDO Valenzuela City through Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) and its Secretariat, intents to procure the Procurement of Catering Service for Food/Meals for 3 Days for the School-Based training of Teachers on the Dynamic Learning Program (DLP) of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184. The quotation above the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) shall be automatically disqualified.
