  PROJECT:
  Catering Service for the Conduct of the Budget and Treasury Management System (BTMS) Operational Readiness Workshops and Trainings
  PURPOSE:
  The Administration and Finance Sector is in need of a service provider to prepare and serve meals for the participants of the roll-out activities (4 workshops / trainings), for the BTMS a web-based ICT system intended to automate budget execution, accounting and reporting processes.
  Ill. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Must be accredited with the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement Systems (PhilGEPS);
  2 Must be willing to provide services on send — bill arrangement; and
  3. Must be amenable for re-schedule of booking in case of movement of dates / postponement.
