Description : 1. The DepEd Division of La Carlota City, through the FY 2025 General Appropriations
Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos Only
(Php480,000.00) with Procurement Project/Identification Number 2025-44, being
the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the
ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DepEd Division of La Carlota City now invites bids for the above Procurement
Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for 3 calendar days starting from
September 24 to 26, 2025, upon Supplier-s receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders
should have completed, within two years from the date of submission and receipt of
bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained
