INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF CAPITAL OUTLAY/HYDRAULIC EXCAVATOR
1. The Municipality of Montevista, Davao de Oro Province, through its
DBP Loan Proceeds (Supplemental Budget No. 1-2026) intends to apply the sum Eight Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos .(Php8,200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Procurement of Capital Outlay/HYDRAULIC EXCAVATOR. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Montevista, Davao de Oro Province now invites bids for Procurement of Capital Outlay/ HYDRAULIC EXCAVATOR to be use in the Motor pool operation of LGU Montevista Davao de Oro Province. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period of ten (10) days upon receipt of the Purchase Order.
