Terms of Reference for Preventive Maintenance and Calibration Services for Medical Equipment
a. Service Provider must have a service and Licensed Calibration center in the Philippines, a branch office In Mindanao(Zamboanga City) and a Sales repersentstive. Must provide its address and contact details.
b. Service Provider must have a Calibration tools and equipment registered under their name and must be calibrated under ISO 17025
c. Service provider must perform Electrical Safety Testing. Where applicable thet confors with ISO/IEC62353.
d.Service Provider Must issue complete Service Report. Preventive Maintenance Report. List of equipment and calibration Report compliant with Si Standard. ISO9001 documentation and the Calibration results must be in accordance or traceable to ISO 17025 and Intentionally known standard.
