The CITY GOVERNMENT OF ALAMINOS, PANGASINAN through the Special Purpose Appropriation 2026 (Security Services) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php 2,420,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF CALENDAR YEAR (CY) 2026 SECURITY SERVICES FOR THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF ALAMINOS, PANGASINAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
