Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PROCUREMENT OF CABLING FOR THE INTERCONNECTION OF CCTV/SECURITY EQUIPMENT BETWEEN THE PGT COMMAND CENTER AND THE PDRRMO MIRRORED EMERGENCY CONTACT/COMMAND CENTER

1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac through the General Fund to apply the sum of One Million, Four Hundred-Twelve Thousand, Five Hundred Twenty-Five Pesos (PhP 1,412,525.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Cabling for the interconnection of CCTV/Security Equipment between the PGT Command Center and the PDRRMO Mirrored Emergency Contact/Command Center/ B-G-2025-128. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty (30) calendar days.
