IV. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 Must be DOT Accredited.
 Must be PhilGEPS registered.
 Must have at least 3 years of experience in the industry.
 Must have a PA System with a Microphone.
 Must be fully air-conditioned, with professional, experienced, well-trained,
and courteous drivers in company uniform covered with insurance.
 Provision of permits and other pertinent documents, including fees, as may
be necessary; and
 Must be willing to provide service in a send-bill arrangement.
