Description : INVITATION TO BID PROCUREMENT BULK WATER SUPPLY

1. The BAGUIO WATER DISTRICT (BWD), through the Corporate Operating Budget for Year 2026, intends to apply the amount of Php45.00 per cubic meter being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for delivered water supply under the contract for the procurement of Bulk Water Supply, as detailed below:

NAME OF CONTRACT: Bulk Water Supply on a Purchase Order basis
LOCATION OF SOURCE: Outside of Baguio City
DELIVERY POINT: KM 8 Reservoir, Dontogan, Baguio City
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The BWD intends to purchase potable water supply in accordance with the 2017 Philippine National Standards for Drinking Water (PNSDW) at 2,000 cubic meters per day.
APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT (ABC): Php45.00 per cubic meter, inclusive of VAT
SUPPLY CONTRACT PERIOD: One (1) year

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
