PROCUREMENT OF BULK WATER SUPPLY

1. The BAGUIO WATER DISTRICT (BWD), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites eligible bidders to bid for the following bulk water supply contract:

NAME OF CONTRACT: Bulk Water Supply on a Purchase Order basis
LOCATION OF SOURCE: Outside of Baguio City
DELIVERY POINT: KM 8 Reservoir, Dontogan, Tuba, Benguet
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The BWD intends to purchase potable water supply in accordance to the 2017 Philippine National Standards for Drinking Water (PNSDW) at 2,000 cubic meters per day.
APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT (ABC): Php45.00 per cubic meter, inclusive of VAT
SUPPLY CONTRACT PERIOD: One (1) year, renewable upon mutual agreement of the parties

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to this bidding. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents.
