Description : 1. The Armed Forces of the Philippines, through the Congressional Initiative Funds FY 2024, intends to apply the sum of TWENTY MILLION PESOS (PhP20,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Broadcasting Equipment. Bids received in excess of the amount of each item (as described below) and the whole ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
