Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF BROADCAST PRODUCTION AND TRANSMISSION TO TV NETWORK OF PCSO LOTTO DRAWS AND OTHER GAMES AND PROGRAMS

1) The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), through the 2026 Corporate Operating Budget (COB) intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Pesos (₱19,000,000.00) per Month, or a total of Six Hundred Eighty-Four Million Pesos (₱684,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Broadcast Production and Transmission to TV Network of PCSO Lotto Draws and Other Games and Programs. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The PCSO now invites bids for the above procurement project . Delivery of the Goods is required for a period of three (3) years commencing on the date of the commercial operation. The ingress of the broadcast equipment must be done within fourteen (14) working days after the issuance of the NTP, or as may be agreed upon by the parties.
