1) The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), through the PCSO 2025 Corporate Operating Budget (COB) intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Seven Million One Hundred Three Thousand Three Hundred Thirty Three Pesos and 33/100 (Php507,103,333.33) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Procurement of Broadcast Production and Transmission to TV Network of PCSO Lotto Draws and Other Games and Programs. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
