1. The Marinduque Provincial Government, through the CAPITAL OUTLAY - Continuing Appropriations intends to apply the sum of TWELVE MILLION PESOS (P12,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Brand New Vehicle(s) (Pick-Up) for use in the Office of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan - Legislative, Boac, Marinduque. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Marinduque Provincial Government now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by ninety (90) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
