In Region 3, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) - Tarlac Provincial Office is at the forefront of promoting the growth and competitiveness of MSMEs in Central Luzon. As part of the government's effort to support and enhance business operations, DTI Tarlac must be equipped with modern ICT tools to streamline operations, enhance communication, and promote online engagement for MSMEs.
